We often say that the hour of death cannot be forecast. When we say this, we imagine this hour would be in a distant future. We never thought we would be thinking about Caterina as a memory. Yes, it came a little soon. We must say she did not give us time to prepare us for hwr passing, however it still came as a shock and still feels as a bit unreal. We all have different memories of Caterina but one thing we all have in common is the way Caterina smiled and her sense of humour, she love to smile with both eyes wide open, and her eyes would light up with the most amazing shine. A shine that could never be gone unnoticed. She had the most amazing strength and tenacity that every single person who ever met her would feel while in her presence. She carried on gracefully because she knew she had to be strong for the people she love and supported. Caterina would always go that extra miles to bring smiles on people faces. Whenever we would have parties at work, Caterina would always be there, where she would bring in those big cakes, which would put big smiles on the people's face. Her skill and passion for cooking was second to known, because, Caterina would always cook with her heart and passion. We were so privileged to have you and the support and care you bestow, you are such an amazing, strong woman. We wish everyone could be so lucky to survive those moments with someone like you once in their lifetime. We are so grateful for the brief time we were able to spend with you and believe that the Angels are rejoicing because one of their own has re-joined them. By so saying we bid you farewell and good night to your physical body. As we know that you will for-ever be in spirit
